Authorized business access to customer inquiries, personal correspondence, recruitment applications, and CVs is restricted to HAMID SADOLLAHI and SARA SADOLLAHI.

Personal correspondence and CVs are intended for the authorized individuals identified in Section 9. The absence of website forms and uploads does not remove the need to protect email accounts, devices, and any copies of correspondence. Please avoid sending information that is unnecessary for your inquiry or application.

However, no internet transmission, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Retention

Our stated standard maximum retention period is one year for:

• Customer inquiries and correspondence
• Product and sourcing requests
• Recruitment applications and CVs

Information may be deleted earlier when appropriate or upon a valid deletion request. This is the stated retention policy; it is not a claim that automatic deletion is implemented. 9. Who Is Responsible for Your Information?

Sara ProDent is an independent dental sourcing activity operating under the Sara ProDent brand. It is not currently an incorporated or legally registered company.

HAMID SADOLLAHI and SARA SADOLLAHI are jointly responsible for managing Sara ProDent and handling personal information provided in direct communications with Sara ProDent, including inquiries and career applications sent by email.

Authorized business access to customer inquiries, personal correspondence, recruitment applications, and CVs is restricted to these two individuals. Necessary technical processing by service providers remains separate, as described in Sections 2 and 8.
